From the moment we receive an order up to the moment of delivery, we dedicate all our efforts to meet the expectations of our clients.

A big part of the products in our product portfolio are being sourced in China and are under control of our China Office.
Our people in China frequently visit and audit our suppliers and factories in order to maintain a strict control of the purchased products and production processes.

We only buy products from audited and approved sources that are GMP or FAMIQS certified, in order to serve the best quality towards our customers.

We are GMP+ certified. This certificate implies that the products we distribute comply with the highest quality standards and are monitored on an ongoing basis. We have a very close relationship with SGS. We ask SGS on a frequent basis to supervise the loading of our containers, sample our products, analyze ingredients and store samples.
